How it started
In 2008, a group of woodworkers and upholsterers in Hyderabad decided to build furniture differently. Instead of chasing retail margins, they cut out the showroom and sold directly. The factory became the storefront.
Sixteen years later, that decision hasn't changed. We still work the same way: you come to Cherlapalli, you see how we work, you choose the wood, the fabric, the firmness. We build it in our workshop. You take it home.
Why we build the way we do
A sofa isn't a shirt. You live on it for years. It has to fit your room exactly, sit how you like, and last. So we don't offer three sizes of sofa — we build to your measurements. We use 32 kg/m³ HR foam and seasoned wood because cheap materials fail. We give you a 5-year warranty because we believe in what we build.
Cutting out the showroom means lower prices for you and better margins for the craftsmen. Everyone wins.
