How do I place an order?
Visit the factory, WhatsApp us photos and measurements, or call +91 9246 596 747. We'll quote within 24 hours. Once you confirm and pay 50% upfront, production starts. The balance is due on delivery.
How long does it take to build?
5–7 days for standard configurations. Rush orders (3–4 days) incur a 10% surcharge. Delivery is included in the 5–7 day timeline.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If production hasn't started, yes. If it has (usually within 24 hours), changes may incur extra cost or timeline delays. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to modify anything.
Do you build to custom sizes?
Yes. Every sofa is built to your exact measurements. Bring your room dimensions to the factory or send a photo on WhatsApp. We build to the millimetre.
Warranty & claims
What does the warranty cover?
5 years on the frame, 3 years on foam and springs, 1 year on fabric. Coverage includes manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Not covered: normal wear, stains, tears from use, water damage, or accidents.
How do I file a warranty claim?
WhatsApp a photo of the defect to +91 9246 596 747 with your order ID. We'll assess within 24 hours. If it's covered, we repair or replace at no cost.
Can I return furniture if I change my mind?
Furniture is custom-made to order, so returns are not accepted once production starts. If you cancel within 24 hours of ordering, you'll receive a refund minus 10% processing fee.
Care & maintenance
How do I clean my sofa?
Vacuum weekly with an upholstery attachment. For spills, blot immediately with a dry cloth. For stains, use mild soap and cool water on a hidden area first. Never use bleach. Dry thoroughly to prevent mold.
Can I wash or dry-clean the cover?
Most of our fabrics are not removable. For spot-cleaning, use mild soap and water. For deep cleaning, hire a professional upholstery service. Check your invoice for specific fabric care instructions.
How do I prevent foam from sagging?
Rotate cushions monthly. Avoid jumping or sitting on the same spot repeatedly. Use a sofa protector if you have pets. HR foam (32 kg/m³) holds shape for 8+ years with normal use.
How do I get rid of odours?
Open windows and let air circulate. Sprinkle baking soda, let sit for 30 minutes, then vacuum. For persistent odours, hire a professional cleaner or contact us for advice.
Delivery & installation
Is delivery free?
Free delivery across Hyderabad for orders above ₹40,000. For smaller orders, delivery costs ₹500–₹1,500 depending on distance. Outside Hyderabad, delivery is ₹3,000–₹8,000.
How is the sofa transported?
Wrapped in protective plastic and loaded onto a truck. We drive carefully to prevent damage. It arrives fully intact. If there's any damage during transport, we repair or replace it.
Do you install it for me?
Yes. We deliver and position it in your home, remove packaging, and make sure it fits your space. If adjustments are needed, we do them on the spot.
What if my sofa doesn't fit through the door?
This is rare with custom sizes, but possible with awkward staircases. If you have concerns, tell us before delivery. We can disassemble the frame and reassemble it inside your home (no extra cost).
